As an Advanced IT Developer II, you will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of various BW solutions that enable critical process across value chain. In this role, you will take ownership of SAP BW (and related data flows) by supporting and optimising the BW landscape—including data modelling, ETL/data loading, performance improvement etc.—while partnering with stakeholders and other technical teams to ensure reliable, secure and high-quality analytics across the business. Your new role

As an Advanced IT Developer II, you will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving SAP BW/4HANA solutions that enable reliable,



high-performing reporting and analytics across Novo Nordisk.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and enhancing SAP BW/4HANA data models and reporting solutions.
- Developing and maintaining data flows, InfoProviders, InfoObjects, ETL processes, and other BW components.
- Driving performance optimisation, system enhancements, and continuous improvements across the SAP BW landscape.
- Managing , changes, and release activities while ensuring stable and reliable operations.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Supporting integration with analytics and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
- Providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and contributing to innovation through new technologies and best practices.
