About the position

Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Backend Developer: Benchmarking, Target Setting & Performance to join the ENGINE Innovation team; this role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.

Benchmarking, Target Setting & Performance Backend Developer will support Chevron’s ENGINE by designing, building, and maintaining databases that store benchmarking, target setting, and performance data. This includes mapping business workflows to data, to build databases that capture actuals, initiatives, and insights to enable competitiveness assessments and performance improvement.
