Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collection Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of collection agents, enhance their negotiation skills, and ensure effective collection practices. Your ability to motivate, train, and guide your team will be critical to our success.

Location : Gurugram
Salary : 45k to 50k ctc

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of collection agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collections Management: Oversee daily call-dunning activities to remind delinquent customers about repayments, ensuring targets are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and implement strategies to improve collection rates and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collection activities and generate reports on team performance and progress toward goals.
- Customer Engagement: Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers,



ensuring a high level of service.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar leadership role (On paper). Prior experience in Collections or Debt Recovery is mandatory.
- .Experience with short-term loans is a plus.
- Certification: DRA certified.
- Skills:
- Strong phone handling and active listening abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM/dialer systems.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Education:
- Graduate in any stream (B. Com preferred).
