As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations while upholding compliance and accuracy in all transactions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and manage end-to-end payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain precise accounts payable ledgers to support month-end and year-end closings.
- Maintain and update vendor records while collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
- Assist in optimizing AP processes through continuous improvements and automation initiatives.
- Generate financial reports and provide detailed analysis to support budgeting and auditing efforts.





Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable functions.
- Must-Have: Proven proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, along with strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Must-Have: Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance, including GAAP or IFRS.
- Preferred: Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with tax regulations related to accounts payable.
- Preferred: Excellent organizational and communication skills to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented on-site setting.
