FE – Soft Services Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness of office/facility premises.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, pantry staff, and outsourced service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, common areas, and cafeteria facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Monitor consumption and stock of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals,



and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for soft service activities and track service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle employee complaints and service requests related to housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and other soft services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft service operations.
- Support facility audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper waste management and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate pest control, landscaping, and other facility-related services as applicable.
- Train and guide housekeeping personnel on SOPs, safety practices, and customer service.
- Maintain records of attendance, manpower deployment, and vendor performance.
- Assist in event arrangements, conference room setup, and VIP visit preparations.
