Job Description

Role:
> Acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
> Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the on-time and quality delivery.




> Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives etc. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics

Responsibilities:
> Work alongside 2 or more Scrum Teams in SAFe setup, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
> Takes care that the team follows the software development process with all relevant process steps (responsible for process execution)
> Drive PI planning and PI execution for their teams and monitors and highlights risk and dependencies timely and takes necessary action
> Monitors team’s KPIs and metrics and presents the KPIs to ART management and Leadership as needed.
> Effectively guide and facilitate the Scrum events to consistently achieve the sprint goals.
> Protect scrum teams from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product
