Role Overview

The Manager, Corporate Accounting is a senior accounting leader responsible for overseeing our Corporate Accounting team based in India. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a small team while driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing accounting systems and workflows.

Working closely with regional Finance and Tax teams, the Manager will ensure the accuracy,



efficiency, and consistency of corporate accounting operations across the business. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Finance based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all journal entries, balance sheet and other account reconciliations are properly performed, explained, and supported in accordance with US GAAP and ensuring compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Responsible for overall day-to-day management, goal setting, performance evaluation, and advocacy of 1-3 direct reports
- Coordinate team efforts around the close schedule and ensure that all required financial data is properly captured, reconciled, documented and disclosed, including review and approval of journal entries in various general ledger accounts
