Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Time Tracking & Time Off)

Location: Pan India

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience.
- Proven expertise in Time Tracking (Employee Central Time Management) and Time Off / Leave Management (mandatory).
- Robust understanding of HR processes, time management compliance, and statutory time-related regulations.
- Ability to configure business rules, workflows, Manage Data Framework (MDF) objects, and custom fields.
- Experience with integrations involving SAP ECC / S/4HANA, middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI), or third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (preferred).
