As a Business Solution Architect, you will lead the overarching functional architecture and business solutions across large-scale enterprise implementations. You will look beyond a single system to orchestrate cohesive solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter , Digital and Data workstreams. You’ll translate complex, enterprise-wide P&C; requirements into scalable InsuranceSuite designs that balance out-of-the-box capabilities with customer needs. This role sits at the center of Guidewire’s mission to transform how the world’s P&C; insurers do business using core, analytics, AI, and cloud.




Job Description

What you’ll do
- Lead Enterprise Discovery: Facilitate cross-functional workshops to capture end-to-end lifecycle needs, translating them into a cohesive functional architecture and clear user stories across InsuranceSuite.
- Architect Cross-Center Solutions: Design holistic configurations and workflows that seamlessly connect product models, underwriting rules, billing plans, and claims handling, using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible to minimize technical debt.
- Drive Process & Gap Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis across the entire insurance value stream, recommending scalable solutions and reducing implementation effort.
