Who we are looking for

We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing testing within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs. The AVP will play a pivotal role in the Alpha Global Testing Practice, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end platform testing during Alpha implementations. These programs span complex business models and data flows across front, middle, and back office operations involving State Street, Charles River Development, clients, and industry partners.

What you will be responsible for




- Work with Implementation leads and manage global client onboarding programs to the Alpha platform.
- Represent State Street Alpha in client engagements, setting testing expectations and guiding delivery.
- Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and change management for the testing team.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and contribute to the implementation delivery model.
- Oversee a global team of functional and automation testers.
- Drive adoption of best practices and testing standards across workflows and data models.
- Develop and deliver internal and client-facing documentation (e.g., proposals, playbooks, test plans).
- Lead planning and execution of testing activities, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Contribute to creating presentations and status reports that include executive summaries, project plans, return on investment, recommendations, and general status to leadership.
