Accountabilities:





The SMB - Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the small and medium business segment. The role requires strong commercial awareness, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on acquiring and growing SMB clients across targeted industries and regions.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery conversations through solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
