Position Summary: We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates with expertise in Plan Design, Stress Analysis, and Piping Design for the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry tools, including SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE tools, and will excel in finding and engaging top talent for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Designers, Piping Engineers, and Stress Analysts within the Oil & Gas domain.
• Identify candidates with expertise in tools such as SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks,



social media platforms, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, tool proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas domain, particularly roles involving Plan Design, Stress Analysis, and Piping Design.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE.
