Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized academic counseling to students interested in Aviation and Hospitality careers, assessing their interests and guiding them towards suitable programs.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application procedures, documentation, and follow-up.
- Maintain and update student records using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Develop and conduct career workshops, seminars, and campus engagement activities to promote educational opportunities within the sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents,



and educational institutions to foster trust and credibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, courses, and university offerings relevant to Aviation and Hospitality fields.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications
- Experience in student counseling or educational advisory roles
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of admission procedures in higher education institutions
- Preferred
- Background in Aviation or Hospitality industries
- Fluency in additional regional languages
- Previous experience working on-site in an educational counseling environment
