We are seeking a detail-oriented PLA Specialist II to support US utility infrastructure projects from our India office.

This role includes utility pole loading analysis and engineering assessments for electric, telecom, broadband, and fiber networks using O-Calc Pro while ensuring compliance with US standards and client requirements.

Employment Type: Full time.
Work Schedule: 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST) – Fully on Site (No Hybrid, No WFH).
Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

Perform utility pole loading analysis, structural assessments, and attachment evaluations using O-Calc Pro.

Analyze existing and proposed electric, telecom, broadband,



and fiber attachments to determine pole capacity, clearance compliance, and structural integrity.

Review field data, engineering drawings, utility records, and project documentation to support engineering design decisions.

Prepare and maintain engineering calculations, pole loading reports, design recommendations, and project deliverables in accordance with client and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with applicable utility specifications, safety requirements, and engineering standards, including NESC guidelines where applicable.

Collaborate with US-based engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Support utility distribution, joint-use, make-ready, and network expansion projects while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
