Job Responsibilities:
- Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support
- Robust attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume, transactional work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred

- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar)
- Experience handling employment verifications or unemployment claims
- Experience working in a shared services or offshore delivery model
