Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional) (UK/ US/ AMEA Payroll)

Relevant Experience: 5 to 12 Years of experience

Job Location: Pune / Ahmedabad / Noida/ Gurugram /Mumbai

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

Must have worked on Fusion HCM Payroll Modules with positive understanding of UK/ US/ AMEA Legislation

Must be well versed with Fast Formula for payroll

Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module

Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.

Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production setting

Must have worked on implementation projects

Must be able to manage customer facing role

Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs

Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
