Overview
The RPA Developer plays a crucial role in the implementation, development, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within SBPA. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design RPA solutions, and ensure the successful integration of RPA processes into existing systems. The RPA Developer will contribute to streamlining business processes, increasing operational efficiency, and improving overall productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify and assess automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tools
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA processes
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA best practices and standards




- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into RPA solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of RPA processes and make necessary adjustments

- Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices
- Assist in training and knowledge transfer to ensure effective utilization of RPA solutions within the organization

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining RPA solutions using RPA tools
- Proficiency in programming langu
