About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant to lead enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations and support initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Master Data Governance processes, with expertise in designing, configuring, and integrating SAP MDG solutions across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, upgrade, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP MDG solutions for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Financial Master Data.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MDG functional and technical solutions.
- Configure data models, governance workflows, change request types, business rules, validations,



derivations, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams including MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, EWM, and technical teams to ensure seamless master data integration.
- Configure and support Data Replication Framework (DRF), BRF+, SAP Fiori applications, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
- Support data migration, master data harmonization, duplicate management, and data quality initiatives using SAP MDG best practices.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, governance standards, and end-user training materials.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture and delivery best practices.
