Senior Product Designer
Join our rapidly growing AI startup as a Senior Product Designer and own the end-to-end product experience. This role is for an exceptional designer who can pair strategic UX thinking with hands-on execution, turning complex AI functionality into intuitive, accessible interfaces. You'll work directly with founders to define product design strategy and ship high-quality work independently.

Responsibilities
Product Design & UX
- User Experience Strategy — Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
- Interface Design — Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that make complex AI functionality approachable for technical and non-technical users
- Design Systems — Build and maintain scalable design systems that enable consistent, efficient product development
- Prototyping & Testing — Create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing
