Job Description

Requirements & Discovery
? Lead requirement gathering workshops with business users — Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, Risk, Compliance, IT
? Translate stakeholder inputs into structured, unambiguous requirements
? Prepare and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
? Identify conflicting requirements and escalate for resolution
Documentation
? Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
? Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field officers, credit teams, and operations
? Create process flows and swim-lane workflow diagrams (BPMN/Visio/Lucidchart)
? Document As-Is and To-Be process maps for all impacted workflows
? Prepare and maintain project charter, RACI, and activity tracker updates
Agile / Product Backlog
? Write transparent, testable user stories with acceptance criteria




? Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in Jira
? Facilitate and document sprint grooming and refinement sessions
? Track sprint progress and flag blockers to the Product Transformation Lead
UAT & Testing
? Prepare UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
? Coordinate UAT execution with business users across Credit, Operations, and Compliance teams
? Log, triage, and track defects through resolution
? Document UAT exit reports and obtain sign-offs
Stakeholder Communication
? Prepare weekly steering review decks (Planned vs Actual format)
? Prepare fortnightly management update presentations
? Prepare board-ready briefing documents and status reports
? Manage stakeholder meeting notes and action item tracking
