About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Manager - Legal to join our Legal & Compliance department. This role involves providing strategic legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization’s interests in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and various business units.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage litigation and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the organization.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee intellectual property (IP) matters,



including trademarks and copyrights.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying legal principles to business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
