Overview:
The Talent Acquisition/HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization's success by identifying and acquiring top talent. Based in Bhopal, this position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing
- Coordinate with external agencies and job portals
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Conduct and coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system
- Communicate and negotiate offers and employment terms
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring status
- Build employer brand and talent pools




- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience as a HR Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in candidate sourcing and networking techniques
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
- Professional HR certification is preferred
