Accountabilities:





The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, custom flow actions, and automation capabilities.
- Develop and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Service Portal widgets, and custom widgets.
- Create and manage integrations using Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, API Explorer, and related technologies.
- Configure data migration processes using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Portal technologies.
- Customize ServiceNow solutions to support Financial Services Operations (FSO) requirements.
