Overview:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
