Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP

CRM WebUI, ABAP, One Order Framework, BOL/GENIL, CRM Middleware, and CRM Service

Management. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP CRM

implementation, enhancement, support, and integration projects, with the ability to work

independently and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.

• Develop and enhance CRM WebUI applications using BSP Component Workbench, AET,

and Component Enhancements.

• Implement customizations in CRM One Order Framework, BOL, and GENIL.

• Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Function Modules,

BADIs, and OO ABAP developments.

• Work on CRM Middleware configuration, monitoring, BDOC processing, and issue

resolution.

• Develop and consume Web Services, RFCs, BAPIs, and OData/Gateway services.

• Handle CRM-ECC integrations,



master data replication, and transactional data

synchronization.

• Support CRM Service Management processes and enhancements.

• Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production

support.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.

• Strong experience in SAP CRM WebUI Development.

• Expertise in BSP Component Workbench, AET, Component Enhancements.

• Hands-on experience in CRM One Order Framework.

• Strong knowledge of BOL/GENIL Framework.

• Extensive SAP ABAP and ABAP OO development experience.

• Experience with CRM Middleware (BDOCs, Queues, Request Loads).

• Robust experience in RFC, BAPI, BADI, Web Services, and OData.

• Experience in CRM Service Management.

• Strong CRM-ECC integration experience.
