Job Description
1. Person should have knowledge of Incident Management in large banking domain
2. Should have knowledge of APM and its key metrics
3. Should have knowledge of JVM Tuning
4. Should have knowledge of Thread, Heap Dumps
5. Should have knowledge of GC Logs Analysis
6. Should have good analytical skills
7. Should have good knowledge of Java and .Net kind of applications troubleshooting and tuning
8. Should have knowledge of IHS, OHS Web Server and WAS and Weblogic Application Servers Deployments
9. Should be familiar with any scripting knowledge like python, shell
10. Should have expertise in Linux/AIX Operating Systems Commands
11. Should be able to provide recommendations to fix production issues
12. Should be able to prepare RCA Detailed level document
13. Should have positive understanding of Oracle and SQL Server Databases
14. Should have capabilities to understand the application architecture quickly
15. Should have minimum 15-20+ Years of experiences
16. Ready to work onsite (Mumbai Location)
