A company operating in the aviation & aerospace technology sector, delivering maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) data-management and lifecycle-support solutions for fleet operators and service providers. We are recruiting on-site interns to support non-aeronautical functions across operations, documentation, and business support teams in India.

Primary Job Title: Operations Intern (1st four months internship/trianing period)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operational workflows by performing accurate data entry, record updates, and document indexing into internal systems.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining aero documentation (reports, spreadsheets, checklists) to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Run basic data validation and reconciliation tasks to identify discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, admin) to gather information, track progress, and follow up on action items.





Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Science, or related discipline).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear reports and emails.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and comfortable learning new internal tools.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
- Available to work on-site in India and commit to the internship schedule as required.
