Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Build Manager who combines strong product thinking, build execution discipline, and a deep understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is for someone who can translate business problems into scalable product capabilities, partner closely with engineering, and drive high-quality feature delivery from discovery through release and adoption readiness.
You will own the build roadmap and execution for an AR workflow and automation platform, working across claims, denials, appeals, AR follow-up, payer intelligence, workflow automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support. You will partner with product leadership, engineering, QA, operations, implementation, and client-facing teams to deliver capabilities that improve cash acceleration, reduce rework, increase automation,



and create measurable value for US healthcare provider organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Build Strategy & Roadmap Execution
- Own the product build roadmap for assigned modules and capabilities, translating RCM business problems into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release outcomes.
- Prioritize build work based on value levers such as cash acceleration, denial reduction, AR inflow reduction, automation rate, operational efficiency, FTE savings, adoption, and implementation scalability.
