Role: SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant (In office, India)

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and configuration for modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding and Compensation—translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, create solution design documents, configure MDF/Manage Business Rules and set up role-based permissions and workflows.
- Design and execute data migration plans (CSV/EC import, ETL), coordinate with middleware/Integration teams to deliver robust OData/API/SFAPI integrations.
- Own testing lifecycle: define test strategy, script UAT/test cases, manage defect triage and drive issue resolution to ensure smooth go-live.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and ongoing support, optimize configurations, and implement patches or process improvements as needed.
- Engage cross-functionally with HR, payroll, security, and IT stakeholders; mentor junior resources and help maintain delivery/QA best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have




- 7+ years hands-on SuccessFactors techno-functional experience with Employee Central and at least one other module (PMGM/Recruiting/Onboarding/Compensation).
- Proven configuration experience: Business Rules, MDF, Provisioning, Role-Based Permissions and workflow set-up.
- Strong integration knowledge—OData, SFAPI, REST/SOAP and Integration Center; experience coordinating with middleware teams.
- Data migration expertise (EC CSV templates, ETL or integration-based migration) and strong testing/UAT track record.
- Excellent stakeholder management, written/verbal communication, and ability to work on-site in India full-time.

Preferred
- Exposure to middleware platforms (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft) or SAP Cloud Platform; familiarity with Employee Central Payroll a plus.
- Basic scripting (XML/JSON), API payload construction, and familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
