· In charge of executing effective and aggressive business strategies and achieving the budget
· Responsible for encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
· Estimating sales volume and profit for existing and new items (MCOR-Marginal Combined Operating Ratio)
· Responsible for sourcing business from all the products that they manage as per the budget
· Responsible for grooming and handholding of direct reportee’s including 3 Zonal Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager
