Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding)

Profile Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team, focusing on Recruitment, Employee engagement, and Onboarding. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, networking).
- Screen resumes and applications and update our applicant tracking system.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates promptly and professionally.
- Participate in the interview process, providing support to interviewers and gathering feedback.

Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support the development and distribution of employee surveys and gather feedback.




- Help manage internal communication platforms and create engaging content for employees.
- Participate in the planning and execution of recognition programs and other employee engagement activities.

Onboarding:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding materials and activities for new hires.
- Support recent hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Assist with the administration of onboarding tasks, such as background checks and documentation collection.

Requirements:
- Any Graduate or above.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
