The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Voice AI platform. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll own delivery, team development, and architectural direction across the platform - working alongside a Principal Engineer on technical strategy.
This is a role for someone who moves fluidly across levels: comfortable in a roadmap review with leadership one day, in a design discussion with engineers the next. We value leaders who stay close to the work and set the standard through participation, not just oversight.

What You’ll Do
Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery across both pods - from quarterly planning to production. Define milestones, manage risks proactively, and maintain quality without sacrificing pace.

Team Leadership
- Hire, develop, and retain engineers and managers across Voice AI teams. Build a team with high ownership, clear growth paths, and
