Job description
- Understanding the SAP Landscape architecture and underlying technologies of below applications: ERP Central Component (ECC), Solution Manager, BW, CRM, SRM,GRC etc.
- Knowledge on Installation , Upgrade and OS/DB Migration is must for this role
- Worked on old ERP’s as well to support the application in day to day activity of customer
- Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (BRTOOLS).
- Administer and Knowledge to work on Java Stack
- Expert in Handling team and leading them as well.
- Solution Manager Administration knowledge is an Add-on
- Ability to understand and evaluate the issues
- Knowledge of HANA Administration
- Knowledge of LIBELLE (System Refresh Tool) is an Add-on
- Worked on Cloud Technology for any future requirement with Customer is an Add-on
- Knowledge on Designing the Landscape based on Business requirement
- System Refresh, Client Copy, TMS,



Printer Configuration, Job Scheduling etc.
- Handling Tickets & Tasks and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs.
- Work with Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Participate in release upgrade or current functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
- Support in multiple testing scenario
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures.
- Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success and team player attitude
- You should get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management.
