This position “Hub Operations Specialist" is part of the Business Operations. The main responsibilities include supporting Hub governance and implement strategic hub projects, organizational improvements, and administrative initiatives. The focus is on high complexity initiatives that may span across end-to-end process areas an environment characterized by interdependent changes and advanced technologies,



offering you a challenging and engaging work environment.

Main responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Hub Operations team, providing operational support across Hyderabad Hub initiatives and acting as a central coordination point for hub-wide matters in a dynamic and evolving business workplace.
- Partner closely with critical support functions including Workplace Experience, Real Estate & Facilities, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security, Legal, Finance, Digital, Learning & Development, Communications, and Employee Engagement to ensure seamless hub operations.
- Support the Hub Leadership Team (Hub LT) by coordinating governance forums, maintaining action trackers, monitoring progress, and driving accountability to ensure timely closure of commitments and strategic initiatives.
