Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing engagement initiatives like team-building activities, events, and celebrations to foster a vibrant and connected company culture.
- Employee Grievance Handling: Help maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving grievances in a fair and efficient manner.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building ReBid’s employer brand through creative strategies that enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to drive professional growth and development for our employees.
