As a GW Smartcomm - Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions,



and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
