Minimum Experience

4– 6 years of experience in MIS
Special Skills/Attributes

- Experience in MIS, Business, analytics, Eye for Detail and Micro Management.
- Experience creating process flow diagrams.
- Awareness of current web technology and tools (e.g. Search tools, Tracking tools, etc.
- Project management experience.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; solid attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills;
- strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

Providing the informative data to the management with in the timeline. To identify the strength & weakness, providing alternative solutions. To streamline & implementation of the processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Preparations of all type of MIS (Monthly, weekly & daily) & submission with in timelines.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Analyze business information to identify process improvement for increasing business efficiency & effectiveness.
- Follow-up and collection the data from all the departments timely manner
- Works closely with all HOD's to analyses data & provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data.
- Expertise in analyses, planning & maintaining data base
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistenc
