Job Title: PEB Costing/Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled PEB Costing/Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project feasibility, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing costs while ensuring structural integrity and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation & Quotation Preparation

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Develop detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost breakdowns for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures.

Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs to determine the final pricing.

Prepare and submit competitive quotations based on project scope and customer requirements.

2. Project Analysis & Feasibility Study

Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of different design options.





Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize cost-effective solutions.

Assess risk factors and cost implications before finalizing estimates.

3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Obtain material pricing from vendors and negotiate for the best rates.

Work with procurement teams to source raw materials and components within budget.

Ensure timely price updates from suppliers based on market trends.

4. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering

Suggest alternative materials or design modifications to reduce costs while maintaining structural integrity.

Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and project timelines.

Identify areas where cost reduction strategies can be applied.

5. Tender & Proposal Documentation

Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for clients.

Assist in tender documentation, bid submissions, and contract negotiations.

Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
