Team Overview
The Product TPM team operates at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, enabling the successful development and rollout of scalable, customer-centric solutions. At the Consultant (P03) level, the team is composed of Technical Product Managers who own feature-level delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
The team functions within an Agile framework, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality product increments through iterative development, sprint cycles, and regular feedback loops. Each TPM is responsible for managing specific product modules or features, contributing to the broader product roadmap while aligning execution with organizational goals and customer needs.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

The Consultant (P03) – Technical Product Management (TPM)



role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled product features by effectively bridging business requirements with engineering execution. The role combines product ownership, technical understanding, and Agile delivery to ensure the development of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational priorities.
At this level, the TPM owns feature-level execution, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to product strategy and roadmap under guidance from senior product leaders.

1. Product Ownership
- Own and manage assigned product features or modules from concept to delivery
- Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog
- Prioritize deliverables based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility

2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Support
- Contribute to product roadmap planning
