Role & responsibilities

BM will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel. •Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team from own network.
Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

Preferred candidate profile

Age between 23 - 45 years • At least -6year of Agency Sales experience in Insurance Sector • At least 2 years of team handling experience • Willing to travel across the assigned locations
