Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic ServiceNow Architect to join our team. With over 10 years of experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) and ServiceNow solutions, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow-based systems that drive efficiency, innovation, and high-quality service delivery. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead complex projects, guide development teams, and ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives and ITSM best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) with a strong focus on implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, customization, configuration, and integrations.
- Robust understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks, and the ability to design solutions based on ITSM best practices.
- Proven experience leading the design, implementation,



and optimization of ServiceNow-based solutions for large-scale organizations.
- Ability to architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations that drive business outcomes.

Additional Mandatory Experience (Experience in at least 3 of the Following Modules):
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management): Strong experience in managing hardware asset lifecycles, from procurement to decommissioning, and integrating HAM into ITSM processes.
- SAM (Software Asset Management): Expertise in designing and implementing software asset management processes, including software license tracking, compliance, and optimization within ServiceNow.
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database): Extensive experience with CMDB architecture, configuration item (CI) management, and ensuring alignment between ITSM processes and CMDB best practices.
