Role Overview




AECOM India is seeking a highly seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead critical pursuits and client engagement across Gujarat and the Western India region. This role is ideal for a senior, market-facing skilled with deep-rooted client relationships, exceptional credibility with decision-makers, and a proven ability to independently originate, shape, and close complex opportunities across public and private sectors.
The position will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling AECOM’s regional presence in Ahmedabad, acting as the face of the firm with key clients, stakeholders, and influencers.
