we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office workplace. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Transaction Risk Operations Analyst at Bluevine, you will be scaling our transaction monitoring operations and ensuring that our company is prepared to successfully navigate the unexpected.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Investigate, review, and analyze system generated transaction monitoring alerts across all transaction types (wire, ACH, check, etc)
- Identify fraud trends by analyzing data and system generated alerts for any anomalies, outliers, etc
- Support with RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) daily processing
- Manage and document cases of suspicious activities, ensuring all relevant details and findings are ac
