Duties And Responsibilities

- Find hidden gems: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, networks, and creative sourcing hacks.
- Be the candidate’s guide: Run engaging screenings and interviews, keeping candidates informed and excited throughout the process.
- Quality over quantity: Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to ensure hires stick and succeed.
- Drive onboarding excellence: Oversee current-hire documentation and smooth transitions into the org.
