Lead - IT Infra and Networks

• IT Infrastructure Management : Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems. This includes ensuring the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure
• Project Management : Leading IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, network expansions, and current technology implementations. This involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Vendor Coordination : Working with vendors for hardware and software maintenance, and support.
• Security and Compliance : Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect plant data and systems. This includes conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedure.
• User Support and Training :



Providing technical support to plant staff and ensuring they are trained on new systems and technologies. This includes managing helpdesk operations and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery : Developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the plant can continue operations in case of IT system failures

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, Configure & maintain e-mail clients
• Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows 10, 11 etc.)
• Ensuring that computers Systems are functioning properly.
• System installation for various computer applications and programs
• File and printer sharing services.
• Antivirus and troubleshooting
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanner and peripheral devices.
