Responsibility
 The primary responsibilities of the position include gathering and interpreting technical
information from multiple team members
 Content (example, information in user guide/installation sheet etc.) creation & updating for
product lines
 Maintaining and improving the structure of product documentation
 Creating and maintaining HTML files for help systems and online documentation
 Ensure to capture/present content considering industrial and safety while using our products
 Product Labels and Packaging drawing update
Skills
 Demonstrated technical and promotional writing/illustration experience
 Ability to effectively target different audiences and clearly describe complex hardware and
software products
 Proficient in the use of content management systems (such as MadCap flare) and illustration
software on the Windows platform
 Excellent interpersonal skills, curious, team-playing abilities, and be self-motivated
Requirement




 Knowledge of the electrical power industry and/or industrial/utility software systems
 A technical diploma or degree, or significant equivalent experience
 Must have experience with XML/DITA methodology, preferably Arbortext Editor or any XML
editing tools
 Must have experience with Adobe tools, preferably Indesign and Illustrator
 Familiarity with electronics engineering and/or computer science practices
 Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
 Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
 Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must
 Robust verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications - External
 B.E./B.Tech in ECE / EEE or any degree with relevant experience
 3-5 years of working experience with standard tools & techniques
