What You Bring
Must Have
- Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience in large scale production systems
- Designing and evolving distributed cloud native microservices systems covering scalability, HA, resiliency, fault isolation and recovery
- Deep experience with Kafka and event driven architectures including async behaviour, retries, idempotency and eventual consistency
- Docker and Kubernetes, container orchestration, scaling, resource management and deployment strategies
- Redis and caching strategies, knowing when and how to cache and the tradeoffs involved
- AWS fundamentals including deployments, networking, managed services and cloud native design patterns
- Strong RDBMS design and performance tuning with PostgreSQL and working experience with MongoDB
- Distributed systems design
