Job Description
Responsibilities:

Ensure delivery per customer expectations and meet defined SLAs.

Assess performance against standards and take corrective actions if necessary.

Identify opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms.

Resolve customer issues in a timely manner with root cause analysis.

Mentor, guide, and empower the team to achieve targets.

Plan and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.

Build relationships and partnerships with internal business partners and customers.

Proactively identify business and financial risks and create alternatives or mitigants.
