Salary Budget : 40,000-70,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

The Agronomist will be responsible for providing expertise in crop production, soil management, and sustainable farming practices. The role involves working closely with farmers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to improve agricultural productivity and ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, plant nutrition, and crop physiology
- Familiarity with precision agriculture techniques
- Ability to analyze field data and generate insights
- Positive communication skills for farmer interaction and training
- Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices
