We're Hiring: Pega Team Lead – Pune, India

We are looking for a agile and experienced Pega Team Lead to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you’ll be leading and mentoring a talented team of Pega professionals while driving successful delivery through effective release management and coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Release Train Engineer and be a key player in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of Pega projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Pega developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and foster a motivated and collaborative environment.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.




- Ensure alignment between business objectives and development efforts.
- Implement and promote Lean-Agile principles across teams.
- Manage Jira and Confluence for effective project and release management.
- Assist architects in creating roadmaps and resolving roadblocks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex Pega projects.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Platform, CDH, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and release management.
- Pega certification (CSA, CPBA) and SAFe certification (SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist) are highly preferred.
- Expertise in administering Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
